We are Brogan and Kate Gibson. We are a first generation Wagyu Beef producing family in our beautiful region of Goondiwindi.
Bellbrook Wagyu began as our dream to supply a premium beef product to everyday family homes at a reasonable price.
We have a strong focus on sustainable farming, regenerative practices and raising cows in an environment that is low stress and allowed to roam and graze freely, just as nature intended. Calm, content and happy cows leads to juicier, tender and more flavoursome meat.
